Licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad de Macerata, doctor en Derecho Constitucional por la Universidad Roma Tre. Actualmente es investigador becario en Derecho Público Comparado en la Universidad Roma Tre. Alumno del Seminario di studi e ricerche parlamentari «Silvano Tosi». Colabora con el CNR-ISSIRFA. Forma parte del equipo editorial de varias revistas jurídicas italianas. Es autor de artículos sobre Derecho Constitucional italiano y comparado.
