Willy Rodrigo Paz Supo, es abogado por la Universidad Católica Santo Toribio de Mogrovejo; Magister en Derecho Constitucional por el Centro de Estudios Políticos y Constitucionales (CEPC) del Ministerio de la Presidencia, Justicia y Relaciones con las Cortes del Gobierno de España y la Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo (España). Investigador predoctoral en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid en el área de Derecho Constitucional.
